ARTICLE 1
In order to facilitate the career of young professional singers, an international singing competition is established, the headquarters of which are located at 16 rue du Petit Launay 49000 Angers.
SECTION 2
This competition will be organized in principle every 3 years by the association "Georges Liccioni International Singing Competition", in partnership with the City of Angers, the Intermunicipal Agglomeration Council, the Departmental Council of Maine-et-Loire, the Regional Council of Pays de la Loire (Regional Radiation Conservatory of Angers, National Orchestra of Pays de la Loire, structures of municipal theatres, etc.)
SECTION 3
This competition bears the name of Georges Liccioni in homage to this international tenor of the Paris Opera.
