In accordance with Article 13 of the Rules, the Quarter-Finals will take place in the 4th quarter of 2023, in Angers, in the presence of the jury.
This will evaluate the services provided by the selected candidates, through the second group of works presented.
At the end of this second test, the jury will again and individually justify its decision, before December 1, 2023.
